add another item to your checklist as you roll into the New Year, it’s once again time to ask you to start thinking about end of year reporting and not being on Cam’s naughty list to start off 2024.

Tips & Tricks:
• Complete the submission form in one sitting, as there is no ‘save and resume later’ button.
• Use this Quarterly Report Worksheet to capture your information throughout the quarter so it is easy to copy and paste into the online form. Remember, this form may ask you to enable macros on your computer.
• Divvy up the responsibility. Have your board or committee chairs take on the appropriate sections of this worksheet and report back to you so you don’t have to gather all the information on you own.

• Don’t forget to click the ‘send me a copy of my responses’ checkbox to keep a record of your report submission.

In 2024, we will be continuing to impose probationary status for any organizations that are more than 30 days late on reports. This probationary status will restrict your access to Oregon Main Street technical assistance and other services until your organization
is brought into compliance. Extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Program Coordinator.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="m1231827020039085435msolistparagraph" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2">
As a part of this probationary status and updating programmatic agreements in 2024,
<span style="color:#33CCCC">we will also be looking into options for restricting grant access for organizations who are not in compliance</span> with the report submission requirements.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
