<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone tried to hang artificial flower baskets from light poles instead of the real deal? We have several pots and garden beds of live flowers and bushes that are well tended all, over downtown but don’t have the man power or equipment
to keep up with hanging baskets. <br>
