tools available is a policies and procedures manual draft.</div>

There is a ton of good stuff available on the portal for getting a Main Street off the ground including materials, both printed and webinars, on committees, board responsibilities, position descriptions, on and on. </div>

Welcome aboard! When Oregon Main Street started, Corvallis' Main Street was one of the premier programs for the entire movement in Oregon. Hopefully, you can return it to that level.</div>
