</b>The Governor's Recommended budget came out this week and includes $10 million in lottery bond funding for the Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant (OMSRG) for the next biennium.

The OAR (Oregon Administrative Rules) regarding the Oregon Main Street Network were filed with the Secretary of State. Thank you to all who were part of the process in reviewing the draft at the OMS Network meeting in Reedsport or provided comments during the
public comment period. <a href="https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/displayDivisionRules.action?selectedDivision=3439">
Click here</a> to read the updated rules. The Rule now includes parameters for participation in the Oregon Main Street Network, describes how resources will be provided to participating organizations, and establishes the primary structure for management of
and participation in the Oregon Main Street Network. Prior to its adoption, no OARs existed for the program and the program is linked to a significant statutorily created grant program.<o:p></o:p></p>
