etc. All <b>Accredited</b>, <b>Designated</b>, and <b>Affiliated</b> Main Street level communities are required to complete this annual survey:

<b>Connected Communities</b> Annual Agreement to those who have submitted their brief on-line annual report by 12/31/2024. These were emailed to the point of contact we have on record in our database. Please complete and sign by the January 30, 2025.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
