<h3>Key timeline updates<u></u><u></u></h3>

<strong><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">continue through October</span></strong>.
<strong><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">November benefits will not be funded</span></strong> unless the federal shutdown ends by
<strong><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">October 31 at 11:59 PM</span></strong>.<u></u><u></u></li><li><strong><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">WIC:</span></strong>
