Independence had placer for a year a couple years ago. It's useful for a lot of things, but you really have to know what you want to do with it to make the cost worthwhile. Also, the numbers never match up with on the ground data so you have to think of it
in terms of trends, generalities, and percent changes as opposed to "513 people came to this store last week." Our attorney also had a lot of issues with their contract terms. On the positive side, we also used it for things like land use planning, understanding
traffic patterns, and park usage. </div>
