<div style="direction: ltr; font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Here is that template I mentioned in this morning's MOM. This was shared by one of my Board Members who suggested we use it to help create some structure around our two newest committees. It's a good starting point for a new committee but could also be used to go back and redefine the purpose of existing committees to avoid "mission creep" and ensure members understand their roles better. Feel free to use it to help your organizations define the work that needs to be done and edit it as you see fit.</div>
