[Opds-contracts] OPDS Contractor Input Survey

Greeting OPDS Contractor Community,

OPDS has developed a survey to assist you in providing input regarding 
future OPDS contracting practices. In addition to the survey, we will be 
scheduling a couple of listening sessions in December at different 
locations in the state, and will provide information about dates, times, 
and locations as soon as they are confirmed.

Please complete the survey by November 18, 2019. The information will be 
compiled and used to guide the discussion during the upcoming listening 
sessions.
