[Opds-contracts] February 20th Informational Phone meeting for RFP questions.

Can this be rescheduled?  Many if not most of the Multnomah County dependency and TPR contractors and practitioners have call Thursday morning for all matters to be tried the following week.  I have three hearings on the docket.  I cannot arrange coverage.  Many of my colleagues will be similarly situated.

Please advise.
