SUBJECT:    WILLAMETTE VALLEY OPEN BURN ANNOUNCEMENT

TO:         DEQ

Open Burn Announcement for Sunday, May 22nd, 2011

Agricultural burning:
  Based on air quality considerations recommend agricultural burning
  be limited to the period 10:30am to 6:30pm.

Backyard burning inside special control areas:
  Based on air quality considerations backyard burning is allowed
  from 10:30am to 6:30pm.

Individuals must contact their local fire department for specific information.
