Greetings All:

 

The attached scan is the agreement reached with SEIU August 17th
concerning the administration of the MUTO (furlough) days for the SEIU
Central Table.  The attached LOA becomes effective upon date of signing
the SEIU contract. 

 

While the LOA and accompanying chart are intended to clarify the
implementation of the TA'd SEIU Central Table agreement on the MUTO
days, additional questions may come up.  If you need to discuss unique
or additional unforeseen circumstances relating to furlough days, please
feel free to contact your assigned labor relations manager.
