[OPEUreppms] Administration of MUTO Days (Section 13)

Greetings All:

 

The attached scan is the agreement reached with SEIU August 17th
concerning the administration of the MUTO (furlough) days for the SEIU
Central Table.  The attached LOA becomes effective upon date of signing
the SEIU contract. This was sent out on August 19th to HR Managers.

 

Please pay special attention to Section 13 and the timelines for
reconsideration of floating/closure dates of affected agencies or
programs.

 

If this section will apply to you, please send your request for
reconsideration to Anna Sikel anna.sikel at state.or.us in the Labor
Relations Unit as soon as possible.
