list of Limited Duration positions as of 12/31/09, listed by agency.
There are multiple positions that list 9 (other) as a TEMP REASON. DAS
and SEIU need to know what the "9" (other) means to you.  The correct
designation for the SEIU represented employees is critical to ensure we
comply with Article 51 when LD appointments end.  As you know, there are
different rights for LD appointments for workload (bumping) and non
workload (recall list) under Article 51.    

 

Please review the list, identify those positions in your agency and let
us know what the "9" code means to you and whether the reason code is
changed by February 19. The next report to SEIU occurs in early July.
