[OPEUreppms] QUESTION: SEIU Printed Contracts

Before I send out the official 20111-2013 Contract Order Form for the
SEIU Contracts, I would like to ask you to consider your agency's need
for printed copies of the contract.  In an effort to reduce printing
costs, and paper copies, HRSD Labor Relations would like to reduce the
number of hard copy contracts produced, by half this cycle.

 

The contract will be available on-line in PDF form as it has been in the
past.  This on-line contract will include hyperlink's to LOA's, Policies
and Statutes, which we hope will be helpful to you and your staff,
encouraging the use of the electronic version.

 

To help us with an estimate, please let me know if your agency will need
to have hard copies, and an approximate number you will be ordering. 

 

Again, exact numbers are not needed, but a rough estimate will help us
with the bid estimates.
