Subject: [OPEUreppms] Request for Information
In accordance with the Public Employee Collective Bargaining Act
(PECBA), SEIU Local 503, OPEU hereby requests the following information,
specific to the SEIU bargaining members, to prepare for negotiations by
Friday March 11, 2011:
1. A list of each contract executed with a private company in
accordance with Article 13 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
between the State of Oregon and SEIU Local 503, OPEU, between July 1,
2009 and January 30, 2011, and the current cost of each of those
contracts
2. The number of incidents of mandated overtime, by agency,
between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010
3. The hours of mandated overtime worked, by agency, between
January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010
4. The total hours of all overtime worked, by agency, between
January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010
5. The number of workers terminated or who resigned in lieu of
termination, after exhausting FMLA/OFLA entitlements, between July 1,
2009 and January 30, 2011.
If you track the information via an electronic process please provide
responses to the above questions, if you do not track, how much time
would it take to manually gather the information from whatever source it
is retained in.
