Good afternoon, the SEIU management team is looking for feedback on two
different topics being proposed by the union.  Please review and respond
by Wednesday March 23rd. Thank you.  Please respond directly to Anna
Sikel.

 

1.    The team received a proposal from the union regarding
incorporating Critical Incident Leave (currently an LOA for DHS &
Special Agencies) into the body of the contract, the team is seeking
feedback from you on whether your agency would object to the language.

 

                            

 

2.    The team is also received a request from the union to enter into
agreement on employee workload prioritization. The team is asking for
input about whether you have had any workload prioritization requests
from employees and if so how have you dealt with it.
