Attached please find the complete list of Letters of Agreement (LOA's) for the SEIU CBA.

In the upper right hand corner there is a key of 5 options.  Continue, Sunset, Incorporate, Modify or Incorporate as Modified.

Please let me know by October 1st your Agency preferences, along with an explanation.  For example, if you wish to continue the LOA, please explain your preference, as well as your decision to not incorporate into the contract language.  If you wish to sunset, please explain why.
