[OPEUreppms] 2013-2015 SEIU Collective Bargaining Agreement

Agreement (CBA) has been signed and is effective August 21, 2013. The effective dates of some provisions are defined in the collective bargaining agreement, and some are not. For those provisions for which an effective date is not indicated in the language, they will become effective on August 21, 2013, with two exceptions. The exceptions are the personal leave issue and the increased vacation cap. These two exceptions become effective on August 1, 2013.

DAS Labor Relations will provide training opportunities statewide. Tentative dates are being scheduled and registration information will be sent out when finalized.
