Attached please find the Bargaining Preparation Memo for the 2015-2017 biennium. The bargaining concept form referred to in the memo is available on the DAS/CHRO/LRU webpage at:

The concept form allows agencies to submit concept ideas for the collective bargaining agreements, policies and/or employee compensation which will impact the next biennium. The completed form is due to the DAS Labor Relations Unit by close of business day August 1, 2014. Concepts submitted after this date, will not be considered.
Please note, these forms are for management staff and submitted concepts should not be shared with represented employees.
