[OPEUreppms] Trial Service Extension Requests

SEIU represented agency HR staff,

The Labor Relations Unit is requesting a slight change in the processing of Trial Service Extension Requests (see change below) in our office.

Per the SEIU CBA Article 49, Section 3, ...Written notice of the extension will be provided to the employee and a copy of the extension shall be forwarded to SEIU Headquarters and the Labor Relations Unit.

Please discontinue the practice of sending the notice to the Labor Relations Manager supporting your agency and instead send it to the Labor Relations Unit general email: LRU at oregon.gov<mailto:LRU at oregon.gov>
