[OPEUreppms] SEIU Central Table Update

The SEIU Bargaining teams met until 12:30 am this morning, but were unable to come to a tentative agreement.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement has been extended until July 8th.  Due to scanning glitches, I am unable to attach a copy of the extension.  Hopefully I can send a copy out on Monday.
