<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">At this time, agencies should have submitted their bargaining concepts to LRU, which are essentially any issue an agency feels needs
to be bargained during 2015-2017 negotiations, including housekeeping issues. If you have missed the deadline and are recommending changes in your CBA please notify your Labor Relations administrator, as staff are currently reviewing concepts to determine
workload and strategy planning.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
