set back when it was discovered Article 4 – Term of Agreement had no re-opener language for the successor bargaining Agreement in 2019.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The re-opener language has been agreed to, and the new language has been inserted into the contract. The printer is currently making the changes, and the Union and I will begin
final proof review on Monday. My understanding is delivery of contracts could begin as early as December 21<sup>st</sup> if the review goes smoothly on Monday. Here is a copy of the new language for your records:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
