[or-roots] Address from 1901

I am looking for an address from 1901 for my great grandfather's family. 
They lived in Seaside at the time. Does anyone have ideas as to where to 
look for the information? I live in Olympia, WA, and do not get down to 
Oregon often, so something that could be interlibrary loaned would be 
perfect.  Their names were

Frank and Hester Geroy
    Albion - Son
    Hilton - Son
    Lyle - Son
    Zyrl - Son
    Hester - Daughter
