[or-roots] Copy of the or-roots Welcome Message

I never received any welcome message.  I went through my "trashed" mail
and the last email I received from Or-roots at archives14 was dated Wed Feb
6.  My current emails are coming through or-roots at sosinet as of Thu Feb
7 regarding this very topic and "just want to check it out."

There is no way I received any welcome message between the changes.
