Are there death records in Multnomah county for the 1895 to 1897 time frame?  
I am searching for Rose E. BRISCOE, there was either a death about 1895 or a 
divorce at that time frame. According to the 1900 Oregon census her husband 
Charles Briscoe has been remarried for 3 years at that time. His two 
children, my grandmother( Mary) Alice and great uncle John are living with 
them, the new wifes name is Rachel ?, which happens to be my mom's name.
