[or-roots] effective method to un*sub*cribe

Boy! Some people! David makes good almost clear post about how to unsub
from the list and bango! three people post unsub messages to the list
(that's NOT the way to do it folks).

Sure makes one wonder ...   of course, then there is "This is ONLY ONLY
and EFFECTIVE ..."
