Nancy:
I did check Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City and she isn't listed, however, that doesn't mean a lot except that there is a high percentage of her NOT buried there.
Just because she died in Clackamas County doesn't mean that she is buried there.  If she was married and her husband pre-deceased her she could be buried with him if he isn't in Clackamas county.  
But if you send for her death certificate to that email that I gave you that will solve a lot of questions quickly.
