can answer for anyone, answer is no. It's 1890.

Not destroyed by fire. Damaged from water that was used to douse
the fire that was in the basement in the Commerce Department in
1921. The decision was made later to destroy much of it before an
order came a day too late to move the documents to another place to
dry out.
