I have seen this bit on the San Francisco National Cemetary - but I don't
know how to get any information from this. Do you know how I could get
further information about the person buried there?

 I do know that San Francisco was one of my great grandmother's favorite
places - I have ordered a copy of the 1909 marriage certificate from
Multnomah County to see if this is my great grandfather.   Thanks all!
