[or-roots] Where is this creek?

As received by me the URL for that pdf file was corrupted, but apparently
some received it ok since they commented on the content.  The whole URL is:

Note in the copy of the original message below that "dsl_oct2000.pdf" is not
part of the link shown.

Another possible problem for some may be that there is a DSL 13 on page 2
about Deaf Creek and another DSL 13 on page 3 about Clagget Creek.

I hope this helps someone I do not mean to criticize, just alert some to a
potential problem.
