[or-roots] Oregon marriage applications

Hi -- Does anyone know where marriage applications might be found? My
grandfather, John Douglas Maxwell, b 1863 Edinburgh, Scotland, and
grandmother, Hazel Elizabeth Foss, b 1889, Grays River, WA  were married
October 4 1908 in  Multnomah county.  We have a copy of the license. I have
been told that there is more information on application forms (parent's
names, previous marriages, etc.) completed in those days. We have no
information about him other than what is above, and would like to find the
application. Does anyone know where they might be found?
