All of this garbage appears in the message because you have your email
program set to send HTML.
In Outlook Express, the message window has a "format" menu.  Click on that
and then change your
format from Rich Text (HTML) to Plain Text.  I recently got called on that
by the manager
on another listserv I'm on.

Dear Or-roots management, ie. computer programmers.
Is there really any reason why the material below has to appear between
message one and message two of the Digest form of OR-roots. No other forum
in the nation appears to transmit all this computer lingo...all the material
does is turn off your subscribers and make the Or-roots program less
significant and less readable. Surely, you can make the program delete
everything except the messages from subscribers who enter a query or a
response.  Why don't you do it?
    I copied the following material that came immediately after Cecil Houk's
message 1 and the second message on the April 25, 12:01 PM posting.  Surely
you agree that the subscribers do not find this gobblegook useful or
