[or-roots] How to Unsubscribe

Now that we once again have some activity on list everyone wants to "unsubscribe".
REMINDER-You should have received instructions when you joined.  This could be kept in a
folder labeled subscriptions.  I have a password and a personalized webpage to go to for
unsubscribing or changing configuration.  If you don't have these instructions you send a
message to:

    or-roots-request at sosinet.sos.state.or.us

with the text "help" in the subject or body, and you will be emailed
instructions.
