I'm sorry for sending this to the entire list. I need to unsubscribe from 
this particular address but have lost my password and all information 
regarding how to do this. I 've sent a message to both these addresses:

and received the following message from both addresses

I'm obviously doing something wrong, but without the necessary information I 
don't know how to correct this situation. If someone could help I'd really
