Here's what I found in the 1910 Census

Kielblock, Flora B. 26(?) Wife b. Nebraska
Irwin, Darrell R. 7 Stepson b. Oregon
Irwin, Clifford H. 4 Stepson b. Oregon
Bessey, George H. 61 Father-in-law b. New York

The census shows Flora and William had been married for 2 years. There's
no way to tell if Flora had been widowed when she married a second time.
I think Flora's age says 26. That's the only age difficult to read.
