Hi there,
Not sure, but think its near Salem.  I've been through there, and was in the 
Salem/Monmoth area at the time.   My guess is that Justine or Gay, longtime 
Lewis researchers, will see this and respond more specifically than I can.   If 
not - email me privately and I will find out.  Actually, I just remembered 
that there was a Lewisville website somewhere, pictures of the old church and 
all.
