Took a quick look at Jim Irwins enclosure and just couldn't resist one smart
aleck remark;

It looks like Jim is a true "Blueblood"

You will note I am sending this in the middle of the night so I can crawl
into my spider hole and hide before you all read it.

PS I don't remember the winter of '49 as I was born that year, but I do
remember '72 when we had a high of 26 and lows as low as 12 below in Cottage
Grove and they couldn't bury Momma for two weeks because a backhoe couldn't
break open the ground.
