According to Oregon Geographic Names, Lewisville was located in Polk
County. "John T Ford of Dallas wrote the compiler on October 3, 1927, that
Lewisville was named for David R. Lewis, a pioneer of 1945. The community
was on the Lewis donation land claim. David R. Lewis' certificate was no.
2995. By the 1980s, nothing remined to mark its location."
