I see you are running OE 6 which means you are running Win 98 or higher.
You can right click them and chose where to place them,
lots of folks like to keep this simple as they learn something new,
I would suggest the * My Documents folder.
You can print them with the program that came with the scanner in most
cases
or with some programs you get on the Win 98 CD,
I got Windows Microsoft Photo Editor with mine,
see if you have that.
