They don't seem to have the book you mention but they do have downloadable
cemetery lists.

I am looking for a copy of a book by Barbara Koch that was done on the
Highland Cemetery in Yamhill Co.  Anyone know where I can obtain one?
Are they still available?  I am willing to pick it up in order to have
it by Christmas (if possible).
