Your state regional archives should have the arrest books. I'm not sure if your case is old enough to make the information old enough to release. Give them a call.

  I am trying to find out the date my great grandfather got arrested for prohabition in Tillamook County, Or.  While in jail he got sick and died in Tillamook hospital.  I find everything  except the date he got arrested  his name was Clarence Cornell and he died in 1935.  I have been to the Court House Circuit Court and they had nothing on that arrest.   Any suggestions?
