Airport and surrounding lowlands and housing, and racetrack!  What a mess! I
managed to drive by it a couple of times.  Anyone else old enough to
remember it? I believe it was 1947.  it was caused by a very heavt sbow pack
in the mountains and a very prolonged warm rain. Blew out he Dike and
flodded the whole area.
