[or-roots] Beware some SSDI and state death index data

I just found some data in SSDI and California Death Index to be in error.
George and Leta Lawrence LOW are related to me and I knew them in
Honolulu, Hawaii and here in San Diego.

Leta is listed as born in "TE"; I think that should be "TN" as TE is not a state.

George is listed as born in "SC", but I know for a fact that he was born in
Scotland, not South Carolina.  I know this because he had a Grandfather Clock
that was made in his home town in Scotland.  After his death it was appraised
at over $7,000!!  It was not sold, but stayed in the family.

FWIW: George, Leta, and their grand niece, Garnetha Rulaford, were in
Honolulu December 7, 1941.
