[or-roots] Davis of Washington/Marion County

I am searching for information on the Davis Family they lived in Washington Co in 1870.  C. A. Davis born 1840 ish, Virginia Margaret Shoemaker born about 1850 ish.  Child Nora b. 1868 and Chariety born about 1870 ish.  They had more children.  He died in 1915  and is buried in Aurora Cemetery.  The graves says his name is A. C. Davis.   I think his name was Allen Carpenter Davis but I can't confirm this.  I really need help.   Thanks   Glenda
