Hello Everyone,

Just recieved my great grandfather's death cert. from the state of Oregon.
Alfred B. Rowe died in Eugene Hospital (I think) on January 22, 1937 at age
64 years old.
The one thing I wanted to know was, where is he buried.  I have found that
the record says Laurel Hill.  Can anyone tell me where that might be?? The
undertaker was Marion Veatch.  Is this place still around where I could find
burial records????


The record also lists him as a widower.  My great grandmother divorced him,
and I never knew he remarried to become a widower.  The ladies name is not
listed.  I find this odd, any ideas on this one??

It is a sad thing... he actually died of a cebral hemorage on the day he
died.  but it lists as a contributing factor (I guess) Hypertensive Cardio
Vascular Renel Disease and that started 12 years prior to the actual date of
death.  Sounds like where I inherited my high blood pressure from!!
