[or-roots] book, "The Pioneer Campfire"

Someone recently posted information about a book, "The Pioneer 
Campfire", by G.W. Kennedy.  The posting included names of individuals 
and the pages on which they could be found.  Could that person, or 
someone else who still has the message on their computer, please either 
repost the message or send it directly to me?  I would very much 
appreciate help.  I seem to have, so to speak, "tossed the baby out with 
the bath water".

I am not even sure which list the message was posted to, so I am sending 
this plea to Or-Roots, Oregon-L and "crossing-ot".  Please forgive me if 
you, thereby, receive this message more than once.
