[or-roots] Multnomah County Marriage

I'm trying to find information to solve a local history mystery.  We need
more information about the groom.  The wedding took place 25 or 26 Oct 1916
in Multnomah County (at the Portland Congregational Church).  (The Oregon
Marriage index says 25 Oct; an article by SOHS says 26 Oct).

I'm hoping the Marriage license might have information about the groom.

Groom:  Charles Henry Pearson
Bride:  Regina Dorland Robinson

Does anyone have access to the Multnomah County Marriage Records (Licenses)?
