[or-roots] Old Funeral Home Records

Hi,

I was wondering what the funeral homes did with their old burial and 
cremation records?  Say from before the 1920's..?  Some funeral parlors 
changed hands or went out of business, I wonder what the state uses as a 
produre for those records..if there is a procedure.
